Phased rollout This version of the software is currently available only to early adopter SaaS customers as the first step in our phased rollout.

Service connector capabilities

Service connectors connect your catalog to external systems. BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog includes out-of-the-box connectors.

If you use BMC Helix Integration Service, a service catalog administrator can use BMC Helix Integration Service connectors in a process workflow. Developers can extend custom connectors with additional abilities, as described in Integrating-BMC-Helix-Digital-Workplace-Catalog-with-BMC-Helix-Integration-Service. BMC Helix Integration Service is a standalone product. You need to purchase a license to use it.

BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog also supports automation connectors configured in BMC Helix Innovation Studio. For more information about automation connectors, see Automating processes in the official BMC Helix Innovation Studio documentation.
