You can access the Data Dictionary metrics from the EZMENU using the EZMETRIC view. This view displays the following:

  • Overall list of elements 
  • List of selected elements
  • Summarized list of Field Help Titles
  • Summarized list of the View Names
  • Detailed information about each element

The default option for Data Dictionary is OFF due to potential large amount of data from the BMC AMI Ops products, and to eliminate any impact to regular product operation. There are a few ways to enable data dictionary, but the most optimal way in terms of less resource consumption is to add the below DD statement in the PAS (or CAS).

Important

If Data Dictionary is enabled, you will see some addition overhead during PAS start up.
