Technical bulletin — Announcing the availability of TrueSight Operation Management 11.3.04 to support RHEL 8.x

The  following components of TrueSight Operations Management11.3.04 are now supported on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) version 8.x. 

  • TrueSight Presentation Server
  • TrueSight Infrastructure Management components
    • TSIM server
    • Integration Service
    • Remote cell
    • Remote Admin Console

Downloading and Installing

Download from the following link of the EPD website that contains the installation file for RHEL 8.x supported new GA build. From the EPD page, you can select and download the files for RHEL 8.x platform.

Access to the EPD website requires that you provide your BMC Support credentials. You might also be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form. 

Note

If you are not using RHEL 8.x and using other platforms or versions ( RHEL 6.x, 7.x, OEL, SUSE ), you must use the existing 11. 3.04 GA build.
