Uninstalling

If you are uninstalling the entire TrueSight Operations Management solution, the order of the components does not matter. If you are uninstalling only selected components, then follow this order:

  1. App Visibility Manager components
    1. Agents, in any order: 
    2. App Visibility server
  2. IT Data Analytics
  3. Infrastructure Management components
    1. Administrator console
    2. Integration Service and Remote Cell
    3. Infrastructure Management Server
  4. TrueSight Presentation Server
  5. Remedy SSO

The Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition can be uninstalled without impacting the other TrueSight Operation Management components, and can be viewed through the Real User Analyzer and Collector user interfaces.
