Upgrading

When deploying a new version of BMC PATROL for IT Data Analytics in any of the following environments, there are no additional steps to upgrade.

  • BMC PATROL
  • BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management

You can deploy the Knowledge Module available for BMC PATROL for IT Data Analytics as discussed in the Installing section.
