Improved install and upgrade experience for the Windows connector

Install or upgrade the Windows log connector by using the Fluent Package and an automated script. The script takes care of prerequisites and configuration during installation. When upgrading, the script retains existing settings and replaces the old version automatically, reducing manual steps and making the process more reliable.

Align the application log time zone with the connecter host time zone

Update your parsing rules to align the application log time zone with the connector host time zone. With this alignment, alerts are generated without disruption, and alert events are generated in BMC Helix Operations Management.
