This documentation supports the 20.02 version of Remedy Single Sign-On.To view an earlier version, select the version from the Product version menu.

Verifying the installation


After you have successfully installed Remedy Single Sign-On, you can log in to the Remedy SSO Admin Console by using the default credentials. 

To log in to the Remedy SSO Admin Console

  1. In a browser window, type the following URL: http(s)://<rsso_servername_FQDN>:port/rsso/admin.
  2. Log in to the Remedy SSO Admin Console by using the default credentials: 

    • Username: Admin
    • Password: RSSO#Admin#

In the Remedy SSO Admin Console, configure the Remedy SSO server as required and set up authentication for end users. For more information about tasks that you can perform in the Remedy SSO Admin Console, see Administering.

Where to go from here

After you log in to the Remedy SSO Admin Console for the first time, you can change the default password and create other admin users. For details about how to do this, see Setting-up-Remedy-SSO-administrator-accounts.
