Verifying the installation

After you have successfully installed Remedy SSO, you can log in to Remedy SSO Admin Console by using the default credentials.

To log in to Remedy SSO Admin Console

  1. In a browser window, type the following URL: http(s)://<rsso_servername_FQDN>:port/rsso/admin
  2. Log in to Remedy SSO Admin Console by using the default credentials: 

    • User Name: Admin
    • Password: RSSO#Admin#

Where to go from here

After you log in to Remedy SSO Admin Console for the first time, you can change the default password and create other admin users. For details about how to do this, see Setting-up-Remedy-SSO-administrator-accounts.
