This documentation supports the 22.1 version of BMC Helix Single Sign-On, which is available only to BMC Helix customers (SaaS). To view an earlier version, select the version from the Product version menu.

Uninstalling


The uninstallation of BMC Helix Single Sign-On and other components cannot be performed by using the uninstall option. Hence, you must uninstall BMC Helix SSO and other components manually.


Perform the following steps to uninstall BMC Helix SSO:

  1. Stop the Tomcat server on which BMC Helix SSO is installed.
  2. Remove the <tomcat_folder>/webapps/rsso folder.
    <tomcat_folder> is the directory path on the server where Tomcat is installed.
  3. Remove the <remedysso_installation_folder> folder.
    <remedysso_installation_folder> is the directory path on the server where BMC Helix SSO is installed.
  4. Delete all BMC Helix SSO tables from the database.

Where to go from here

If you have BMC applications integrated with BMC Helix SSO, you must manually remove the integration between BMC Helix SSO from these applications.
