Deprecated features and components
Deprecated features are still available in the product or service. However, they are no longer under active development and might be discontinued from the product in the future. We encourage you to plan and implement the recommended change.

| Data collection from Stackify Retrace | BMC Helix has announced the End of Life (EOL) of Stackify Retrace, effective March 2027. This change will impact the customers who use the Stackify connector. For more information about EOL, see Stackify Retrace End of Life Announcement in the Stackify documentation. As a result, starting with version 26.2, the Stackify connector is deprecated. The connector is considered functionally stabilized and will not receive further enhancements during this period. As part of BMC Helix’s long‑term observability and AIOps strategy, we are focusing our investments on modern, open standards–based telemetry collection. BMC Helix AIOps, powered by OpenTelemetry (OTel), provides a scalable, vendor‑neutral approach to observability that delivers deep operational insights. BMC Helix recommends that customers consider transitioning from the Stackify connector to Helix AIOps with OTel as part of their future roadmap. | Monitoring of the on-premises gateway node and container health by using dashboards | Starting with version 25.3.01, the dashboards to monitor the on-premises gateway node and container health are deprecated. Instead, monitor the on-premises gateway by using events. For more information, see Monitoring BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations for streaming interruptions by using events. |
Data collection from BMC Helix CMDB | Starting with version 25.1.01, the BMC Helix CMDB connector is deprecated. |
nginx-proxy ports 80 and 443 | Starting with version 23.3.02, nginx-proxy ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS) are deprecated if you are collecting data from a third-party product by using the BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations on-premises gateway via the webhook mechanism. Instead, access the UI by using port 7457 (HTTP) or 7443 (HTTPS). |
