Collect metric data filtered by tags in Zabbix and use an additional version

Collect metric data from Zabbixfiltered by the metric tags. In addition, BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations supports version 6.4 of Zabbixfor data collection.

Collect data for additional event types from AppDynamics

Collect data from AppDynamics for additional event types:

  • EUM_CLOUD_SYNTHETIC_ERROR_EVENT (error occurred)
  • EUM_CLOUD_SYNTHETIC_CONFIRMED_ERROR_EVENT (error confirmed after retest)
  • EUM_CLOUD_SYNTHETIC_ONGOING_ERROR_EVENT (error continues)
  • EUM_CLOUD_SYNTHETIC_HEALTHY_EVENT (problem ended)

Collect additional data from Datadog

Collect topology data for hosts, in addition to events and metrics, from Datadog.

Drop event attributes when updating events

When configuring a connector, specify the event attributes that you do not want updated in BMC Helix Operations Management.

This option is available for all the connectors. For a sample, see Integrating-with-Datadog.

Collect event data from Microsoft SCOM by using additional filters

While collecting event data from Microsoft SCOM,  filter it by additional event states, along with Closed and Open.

You can either continue with the existing Open option or replace it with the New option by modifying the connector configuration. In addition, to collect all the events that are not closed, use the All Alerts Except Closed option instead of selecting multiple states.

Collect event data from Azure Monitorfiltered by severity levels and monitor conditions. 

Also, the Event Levels and Event Categories fields are no longer available for configuring the collector.
