Support for additional versions of Zabbix

BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations supports the following versions of Zabbix for data collection in addition to versions 6.2, 6.0, and 5.4:

Availability of the on-premises gateway installation files on EPD

For use with BMC Helix IT Operations Management on premises, installation files for the BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations on-premises gateway are available on the Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) site..

23.1.01

Log collection features to be discontinued from BMC Helix Developer Tools

From 23.1.02, log integrations to collect logs from Files, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Kubernetes will be discontinued. In addition, the Linux and Windows connectors will also be discontinued.

Use BMC Helix Log Analytics collection policies (Collection > Collection policies) to collect logs. For more information, see Collecting logs.

Support for containerized version of Zabbix

BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations collects data from the containerized (docker) version (6.2) of Zabbix in addition to the non-containerized versions (6.2, 6.0, 5.4).

Collect data from additional third-party products

Reduce event noise with event closure

The following new policy available in BMC Helix Operations Management processes and closes the events based on the test performed in Catchpoint, and hence reduces the noise:
