View drill-through dashboards for service request details
In the BMC Helix Digital Workplace(DWP) Request Overview dashboard, view service request information by navigating to the drill-through dashboards. The drill-though dashboards are available for service requests in the following panels:
- Top 10 Requested Categories
- Top 10 Requested Services
- Top 10 Sites

View the Request information panel in the Printable DWP Request Details dashboard
In the Printable DWP Request Details dashboard, use the Request information panel to see the following service request information:
- Request ID
- Order ID
- Summary
- Requesting User ID
- Collaborator ID

Customize the home page of BMC Helix Dashboards
A tenant administrator can rebrand the home page of BMC Helix Dashboards to display a custom logo, text, and videos. For more information, see Rebranding-BMC-Helix-Dashboards-for-your-company.
View the number of rejected automation runs
The BMC Helix Intelligent Automation Value dashboard displays the number of automation runs that were rejected. For more details, see BMC-Helix-Intelligent-Automation-Value-dashboard.

Use calculated fields to filter data in dashboards
Use calculated fields to filter data in your dashboards. You can import the calculated field's query into the dashboards to create filters.

Manage and monitor scheduled reports
Use the administrative console to manage and monitor the scheduled reports in one place. In the console, you can check the details of the report, the creator, the last run, the next run, and so on.

Filter column data by using the Service Management query
By using the Where and Having parameters of the Service Management query, filter data in a specific column in dashboards. You can import the calculated fields into these parameters to filter the data of a specific column in your dashboard.

Use the following out-of-the-box functions to create dashboards with advanced functions:
- Accumulative percentage
- Percentage against column
- Percentage change against column
