BMC Server Automation stops provisioning operations on VMs when DST ends
BMC Server Automation version 8.1 stops processing provisioning and post provisioning operations on VMs in VMware vCenter when Daylight Saving Time (DST) ends.
The DST changes are not processed correctly by the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) that is spawned by blcoserver.exe. This causes blcoserver.exe to stop processing requests for Live Browse or VM Deployment.
This effects versions 2.1.x of BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management when BMC Server Automation version 8.1 is installed.
Workaround
After DST ends, restart the vCenter RSCD agent (WindowsAgent VC) running on the vCenter server.
