Contacting the service desk

You can contact the service desk by using the Contact Us form. When you submit the form, a service request is created and assigned to the service desk.

To contact the service desk

  1. On the Self Service Home page, click the Contact Us tile.
  2. Enter the subject and a detailed description of your request.
  3. Click Submit.
    A service request is created and assigned to the service desk. This service request also appears in the list when you click the View Tickets and Requests tile on the Self Service Home page.
