Searching Self Service


Search for information about using Self Service


To search self-help articles, service requests, and Internet, enter keywords in the Search text box and click Search.

On the Self Service Search tab, click Web Search to view the matching search results from the Google search engine in a new browser tab or window.

You can search BMC Remedyforce knowledge articles, Salesforce knowledge articles, or the internet only if your system administrator has configured the settings.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
