Configuring Process Tracker

This topic provides information about how to configure Process Tracker.

To configure Process Tracker

  1. On the Advanced tab of the AR System administration console, configure the Default Web Path.

  2. Restart the web services on the BMC Remedy Mid Tier server, and then restart the BMC Remedy AR System application service on the BMC Remedy Application server after data visualization configuration entries are created or updated manually or automatically (by using PDICT).
