Connecting your catalog to external systems

BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog integrates with external fulfillment systems through service connectors that pass information from a service request to an external system. To create the enhanced service catalog, a service catalog administrator must first set up service connectors.

Required licensing

SaaS subscribers who use BMC Helix ITSM or BMC Helix Virtual Agent Basic service are entitled to this feature.
