The following table lists the installation requirements of the TrueSight console.

  • Safari 6.x on Mac OS 

Important: Enable the cookies in the browser. Otherwise, you cannot access the TrueSight console.

By default, cookies are enabled in all browsers.

Version 10.0.x or later (for the operator console)

  • Version 1.6 or later
  • Java Runtime Environment 1.8.0_66

2 Safari and Chrome on iOS 9.2.1 have issues with editing long text entries.
