Installing BMC Service Level Management

Note

Keep the following points in mind before you install BMC Service Level Management:

  • If you are upgrading BMC Service Level Management, you must install Atrium Integrator 9.0 before you install BMC Service Level Management 9.0.
  • If you plan to use BMC Service Level Management 9.0 with BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM), you must install BMC Remedy ITSM 9.0 before installing BMC Service Level Management.
  • Starting from the version 18.05, standalone installation of BMC Service Level Management is not supported.

Stage 1: Prepare for the installation of BMC Service Level Management 

Stage 2: Perform the pre-installation procedures for BMC Service Level Management

Stage 3: Install BMC Service Level ManagementStage 4: Perform the post-installation procedure for BMC Service Level Management
