Installing BMC Remedy Mid Tier as a shared service

Install BMC Remedy Mid Tier on n+1 number of computers to form a cluster (n is the number of BMC Remedy Mid Tiers required in the cluster).

  1. Install BMC Remedy Mid Tier on n+1 number of computers. See Installing-BMC-Remedy-Mid-Tier.

  2. Add the BMC Remedy Mid Tiers in a cluster and perform the configuration procedures. See Configuring a cluster in BMC Remedy Action Request System documentation.
