Enabling users to e-sign documents


As an administrator, you can configure your custom applications to enable users to request e-signing of documents and download them from within the application. BMC Helix Innovation Studio supports integration with the following external e-signature providers:

  • Adobe Acrobat Sign
  • DocuSign

As an application business analyst, you can create a process to send documents to external e-signature providers for e-signing, receive notifications to download the e-signed documents, and download the saved documents based on the webhook event.

Process to enable e-signing of documents from your application

You must perform the following tasks to enable users to request e-signing of documents and download them from your BMC Helix Innovation Studio applications:
