Configuring the Approval Server

You must configure the Approval Serverto use it with the BMC Helix ITSM applications.

The following table lists the actions you need to perform to configure the Approval Server:

Use the AP:Administration form to manage the  Approval Server processes, rules, notifications, roles, and forms.

Configure the Approval Server to work with flowcharts.

Configure the Request ID link on Approval Central to open an application form, a three-way join form, or a custom form.

Set previews for the approval requests.

You must use the AP:Administration form for managing and configuring the Approval Server. To access the AP:Administration form, you must be an Approval ServerProcess Administrator.
