Troubleshooting CAI plug-in issues
The Command Automation Interface (CAI) plug-in is used to create, update, and receive data from other back-office applications.
To troubleshoot CAI plug-in issues
- Verify the CAI plug-in configuration.

- Server side logs. For more information, see Enabling-server-side-AR-System-logs.
- Plug-in specific logs. For more information, see To enable logs for the CAI plug-in.
To enable logs for the CAI plug-in
- In a browser, open the BMC Remedy AR System Administration Console, and click System > General > Plugin Server Configuration.
- On the Plugin Server Configuration form, from the Plugin Server Instance list, select the instance for which you want to enable logs.
- Select the Plugin Server Configuration tab.
- In the Logging Configurations area, from the Log Level list, select DEBUG.
- Click Apply.
The arjavaplugin.log file now generates the debug logs for the CAI plug-in.
