Description
SLM Data Repository
The Action Request System database is the repository of all the configuration and run time data for BMC Service Level Management.
Configuration
User interface and workflow needed to configure service targets, agreements, contracts, templates, and other options.
Data sources and plug-ins
The data sources based on Action Request System use the native Action Request System interface to communicate with the main BMC Service Level Management data repository, while the Collector acts as a gateway for other data sources to communicate with BMC Service Level Management.
SLM Engine
A C++ binary that runs under the armonitor service and creates the filters to process service targets for AR System data sources.
Dashboard
A user interface to display the latest SLM data and service target and compliance status using charts and tables.
Reports
A set of pre-defined BIRT web-based reports that run on BMC Service Level Management data.
