Using reports and dashboards



BMC Helix ITSM provides a variety of predefined reports to give you quick and easy access to information about your system. If the predefined reports return more information than you need, you can manage the scope of the report using qualifications. Additionally, after installing BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting(Smart Reporting), all onboarded users can access and run out-of-the-box reports that are provided by Smart Reporting.
