BMC applies upgrades as described in BMC Helix Upgrade policy. BMC applies upgrades and patches during Maintenance windows.

Updated templates for integrations with third-party applications
Attachments that are added while creating or updating an incident are synchronized. Attachments that have been deleted from the BMC Helix ITSM incident Description are deleted in the target system. The templates for the following integrations have been updated:
- Synchronizing incidents with Jira Service Management tickets via BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit
- Synchronizing work orders with Azure DevOps work items via BMC Helix iPaaS powered by Jitterbit
- Creating Jira issues from problem records via BMC Helix iPaaS powered by Jitterbit
- Creating Azure DevOps work items from problem records via BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit
- Synchronizing incidents with Azure DevOps work items via BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit
- Synchronizing incidents with Vendor BMC Helix ITSM instances via BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit
