BMC applies upgrades as described in BMC Helix Upgrade policy. BMC applies upgrades and patches during Maintenance windows.

Update and delete attachments from third-party applications
Attachments that are added while creating or updating an incident are synchronized. Attachments that have been deleted from the BMC Helix ITSM incident Description are deleted in the target system. The templates for the following integrations have been updated:
- Synchronizing incidents with Jira issues via BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit
- Synchronizing incidents with Azure DevOps work items via BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit
- Synchronizing incidents with Jira Service Management tickets via BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit
