Create BMC Helix ITSM problem records from third-party applications
The existing BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit templates for BMC Helix ITSM and Azure DevOps, and BMC Helix ITSM and Jira integrations are updated. In addition to existing use cases in these templates, you can create BMC Helix ITSM problem records from Azure DevOps work items and Jira issues. With this enhancement, you can easily track Azure DevOps work items and Jira issues in BMC Helix ITSM.
