Integrate BMC Helix ITSM and Azure DevOps to synchronize tickets

Integrate BMC Helix ITSM with Azure DevOps so that when a work order is created in BMC Helix ITSM, a corresponding work item is created in Azure DevOps. Similarly, when a work item is created in Azure DevOps, a corresponding work order is created in BMC Helix ITSM.

With this integration, agents can easily access any application ticket regardless of the application they use. Additionally, agents get real-time updates about a ticket's progress as the changes in one application ticket are synchronized with the corresponding application ticket.

Integrate BMC Helix ITSM with Azure DevOps so that when a problem record is created in BMC Helix ITSM, a corresponding work item is created in Azure DevOps. 

With this integration, agents can easily access the work item details from BMC Helix ITSM. Additionally, agents get real-time updates about a ticket's progress as the changes in one application ticket are synchronized with the corresponding application ticket.

Synchronize the Description field attachments while updating a BMC Helix ITSM ticket

Attachments that agents add while updating a BMC Helix ITSM ticket are synchronized with the corresponding third-party application ticket. With this functionality, an agent working on the third-party application ticket gets additional details about the ticket.
