Patch 4 for version 23.3. is available for SaaS customers and contains the following enhancements:

  • Track Cisco DNA Center events from BMC Helix ITSM incidents
  • Synchronize BMC Helix ITSM incidents with vendor BMC Helix ITSM incidents
  • Access Description field attachments in BMC Helix ITSM from a third-party application
  • Synchronize worklogs before a BMC Helix ITSM ticket is brokered

  • Automatic retry of failed transactions
  • Default mapping for Resolution and Status Reason fields for Jira integration templates
  • Automatic synchronization of status updates from Jira Service Management to BMC Helix ITSM
  • Use the updated integration groupings in Quick Configuration Guide

The BMC Documentation portal gives you the ability to generate PDF exports of multiple pages in a space.  

Creating PDF exports

You can create a PDF of a page or a set of pages. (Non-English page exports are not supported.) You can also create a Word document of the current page.

To export to PDF

  1. Click the Export icon in the upper-right. 1744830844926-963.png
  2. From the Export menu, select PDF.
  3. Follow the prompts for page selection and other options.
  4. Click Export.
