Configuring Mid Tier settings for BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker

As an administrator, you can access Mid Tier from BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker to add or update an organization in Mid Tier. In BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker, you can only view the organizations that are available in Mid Tier.

To make sure that you can successfully access Mid Tier from the BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker UI, you must specify a default web path in Mid Tier.

To specify a default web path in Mid Tier

1. Log in to Mid Tier.
2. Click Applications.
3. Select AR System Administration > AR System Administration Console.
   The BMC Remedy AR System Administration Console is displayed.
4. Select System > General > Centralized Configuration.
   The AR System Configuration Generic UI pane is displayed.
5. From the Component Name list, select com.bmc.arsys.server > *.
6. Click Add.

7. In the list of settings, add the following setting and its value:

   Setting Name	Setting Value
   Default-Web-Path	http://hostname:port/arsys/

8. Click Apply.

After you add the default web path, you can access Mid Tier from BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker and add or update an organization, as shown in the following image:
