Microsoft Azure DevOps integration reference

As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix ITSM with Microsoft Azure DevOps to create BMC Helix ITSM incidents from Azure DevOps work items by using BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker. With this integration, your service desk agents can easily collaborate with developers who use Azure DevOps.

To integrate BMC Helix ITSM with Azure DevOps, you can use BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit, or BMC Helix Integration Service as the integration platform. 

Important

In future product releases, BMC Helix Integration Service will be used only for BMC-to-BMC integration use cases. BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker will continue to support connectors and flows based on BMC Helix Integration Service for Azure DevOps until further update from BMC Product Management. See Product-announcements for details.
