Azure Monitor integration reference

As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix ITSM with Azure Monitor to create BMC Helix ITSM incidents from Azure alerts by using BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker. With this integration, your agents can track events and issues that you need your attention.

To integrate BMC Helix ITSM and AWS, you can use BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit, or BMC Helix Integration Service as the integration platform. 

Important

In future product releases, BMC Helix Integration Service will be used only for BMC-to-BMC integration use cases. BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker will continue to support connectors and flows based on BMC Helix Integration Service for Azure Monitor until further update from BMC Product Management. See Product-announcements for details.
