Support for MuleSoft Anypoint Platform as the underlying integration technology

In addition to existing integration technologies, you can leverage MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to integrate BMC Helix ITSM with Jira Software, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Microsoft Azure DevOps.

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is FedRAMP compliant and provides the following benefits:

  • Provides a wide range of already available applications and connectors.
  • Supports on-premises deployment.

Support for new vendors to integrate with BMC Helix ITSM by using BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit

In addition to the existing list of integrations, you can integrate BMC Helix ITSM with the following vendors by using BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit:

  • AppDynamics
  • Splunk
  • xMatters

Improved integrations between BMC Helix ITSM and Microsoft Azure DevOps by using BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit

When you integrate BMC Helix ITSM incidents and change requests with Azure DevOps work items, you can perform the following actions:

  • Share attachments from an incident or a change request to a work item, and the converse is true.
  • View the work item data updates in the corresponding BMC Helix ITSM incident or change request.
