Enabling prebuilt integration with Salesforce Service Cloud
As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix ITSM with Salesforce Service Cloud to synchronize BMC Helix ITSM incidents and Service Cloud cases by using BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker. This functionality makes it easier for your agents to track user issues in both the applications and synchronize the issues.
To enable this integration, you can use BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit or BMC Helix Integration Service as the underlying integration technology. In BMC Helix iPaaS, you use the out-of-the-box integration templates, deploy them to your BMC Helix iPaaS environment and update them, and run the integration. Whereas, in BMC Helix Integration Service, you configure the flows, connectors, and connector targets, and run the integration.
