AWS integration reference


As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix ITSM with AWS Support to create AWS Support tickets from BMC Helix ITSM incidents by using BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker. With this integration, your agents can track user issues easily in AWS Support.

To integrate BMC Helix ITSM with AWS Support, you can use BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit or BMC Helix Integration Service as the integration platform.
