Adding the Keywords filter to Shared Ticket Console
To add the Keywords filter to Shared Ticket Console
- Log in to BMC Helix Innovation Studio in Best Practice mode.
- On the Workspace tab, click Applications.
- Click ITSM Application.
- On the Views tab, click the customized copy view of the default view Default IT Ticket Console SM.

- Click on the record grid.
- In the Component properties pane, click Edit grid columns.
- In the Edit grid columns dialog box, perform the following steps:
- In the Available columns pane, click
corresponding to Search Keywords to move it to the Selected columns pane.
Ensure that the Actions column is at the bottom. - Move the Search Keywords column above the Actions column.

- Expand Search Keywords.
- In the Column header field, type Keywords.
- Select the Filterable check box.

- Click Save.
- In the Available columns pane, click
- In the Component properties pane, click Edit view presets.

- In the Edit view presets dialog box, in the All critical tickets area, click Edit grid columns.

- In the Edit grid columns for All critical tickets dialog box, expand Keywords, and clear the Visible check box.
Ensure the Actions column is at the bottom, and the Keywords column is above the Actions column.
- Repeat steps 9 and 10 for the other presets, such as My assigned tickets and My group assigned tickets.
- Click Save.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
