Displaying support group details from the people link in Asset Console

To display support group details from the people link in Asset Console

1. Log in to BMC Helix Innovation Studio in Best Practice mode.
2. On the Workspace tab, click Applications .
3. Click ITSM Application.
4. On the Views tab, click the customized copy view of the default view Default Asset Console SM.
   
   
   
   

5. From Basic components in Palette, add a Standalone Field at the bottom of the view.
   Update the general properties of the action button with values given in the following table:

   Property	Value
   Name	ISBaseURL
   Display Label	ISBaseURL

   
   
   

6. Perform one of the following steps:
   • If you have the Get IS asset console CCS and User Permissions event button, go to step 8.
   • If you have the Get IS asset console CCS event button, go to step 7.
7. In the Properties area, under General, in the Label field, rename Get IS asset console CCS to Get IS asset console CCS and User Permissions.
   
   
   
   
8. Under Actions, click Edit actions.
9. In the Edit actions window, add Set property.
   
   
   
   

10. Configure the button action by updating the values or adding expressions for fields as given in the following table:

11. Select the Record grid component.
12. In the Properties area, under General, click Edit row actions.
    
    
    
    
13. In the Edit row actions window, select View related people > Edit actions.

1. In the Edit actions window, click Open view and update the values or add expressions for fields as given in the following table:

2. Click Save.
