With Cognitive Service Config permission you can access the Cognitive Data Setup form and Training Details form, configure AI Service Management (Categorization and Classification) capabilities on your system, and perform all the operations related to generating training data records to train the service by using the Data Qualifier or CSV file.
You must add the required permission for the user on the CTM:People form. You can open the CTM:People form from Application Administration Console > Custom Configuration > Foundation > People > People.
