Enabling and customizing Shared Ticket Console


As an administrator, you can customize BMC Helix Innovation Studio based Shared Ticket Console to add new columns to the grid, make the columns sortable and filterable, hide the Show Ticket Statistics link, and so on. You can also add custom fields and custom ticket types to the ticket console.
