Configuring BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Service Management provider settings
A BMC Helix ITSM administrator can configure the connection to Multi-Cloud Service Management pluggable provider and update the configuration settings for service password, host name, port number, and so on.
To configure Multi-Cloud Service Management provider settings
Log in to BMC Helix ITSM as an administrator.
Click Configuration and select Admin Console Configuration.
Click and select Configuration.
In the Providers table, select Multi-Cloud Management pluggable provider.
Enter the BMC Helix Innovation Suite server details provided to you by BMC.
Enter the user name and the password of your tenant administrator account.
Click Update Settings and the click Reload Providers.
