Enabling rich text field on Progressive Web Application screens

As a developer, you can update the Progressive Web Application (PWA) screens to support rich text format (RTF). RTF fields enable application users to format text, add images, add links, and so on. 

Important

Only the PWA screens support rich text. As a result, the non-PWA screens display rich text along with HTML tags. To avoid the display of HTML tags on these screens, set the following configuration parameters to true: 

  • sanitizeRTFWorknoteOnDashboard
  • sanitizeRTFOnSBERequest
  • sanitizeRTFOnSRMRequest
