Tailoring fields and the appearance of Service desk


As an administrator, you can tailor the appearance and behavior of BMC Helix ITSM to meet the needs of your organization. For example, you can add columns to consoles and can add fields to views.

Important

If you have enabled the Enable-Progressive-Views parameter in Setting configuration parameters in BMC Helix ITSM, you cannot use Screen Configuration to modify the appearance and behavior of classic Smart IT views. You can perform these configurations to the PWA tickets by using Developer Studio only.
