Change Management predefined reports


When you select the type of report that you want to run, the report type pulls information from the appropriate BMC Helix ITSM application form. After you select a report type, select the individual report that you want to run.

Important

The out-of-the-box web reports provided with BMC Helix ITSM cannot be modified even if you are an application administrator because the reports are not created by using the Action Request System Report console. However, you can delete these reports.

Description

Changes By Manager and Scheduled Start Date

Displays all the change requests grouped by the change manager and scheduled start date.

Navigate to this report by selecting Change > Change Requests > Change Manager and Scheduled Start Date.

Changes Scheduled by Configuration Item

Displays all the scheduled change requests grouped by CI.

Navigate to this report by selecting Change > Configuration Item > Changes Scheduled by Configuration Item.

Change Risk Report by Scheduled Start Date

Displays all the change requests grouped according to their Risk Level and Planned Start Dates.

Navigate to this report by selecting Change > Risk > Change Risk Report by Scheduled Start Date.

Changes that have a Problem record associated with them

Displays all the the change requests that are related to a problem record.

Navigate to this report by selecting Change > Change Requests > Changes with related Problem records.

Changes that have an Incident record associated with them

Displays all the change requests that are related to an incident record.

Navigate to this report by selecting Change > Change Requests > Changes with related Incident records.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
