CI usage
CI data that has been normalized and reconciled is fit for consumption by asset managers, asset users and asset viewers. These roles consume CI information in the BMC.Asset dataset only. Typically this is done using Asset Console. They may also update CI data either one record at a time or bulk updates. The updated records are stored in the BMC.Sandbox dataset. The reconciliation jobs update this data in the BMC.Asset dataset.
