This console is integrated with Google Maps, enabling managers to preview and optimize routes before finalizing them. Changes to planned routes can be reviewed visually, ensuring the most efficient travel paths are chosen to minimize travel time and maximize productivity. Once optimized, routes are saved and scheduled, ensuring timely maintenance and reduced downtime for assets.

The primary goal of route planning is to accurately forecast the total distance, travel time, and on-site duration for each Field Support Engineer (FSE).

Workforce managers can plan, save, and schedule routes, with the ability to auto-generate work orders on designated dates using predefined templates. Work orders can be automatically or manually assigned.
