Configuring Mid Tier server

This topic describes the changes that you need to apply on the Mid Tier server to configure your system properly after installation.

After you perform a fresh installation, or upgrade your system, you must clear the Mid Tier server cache. 

On the server where Mid Tier is installed:

  1. Stop the Mid Tier server. 
  2. Clear the contents of the folder located at <AR Installation path>\midtier\PluginsCache\.
  3. Start the Mid Tier server.

  4. Clear the browser cache.

    Important

    The stored JavaScript files must be deleted on all client PCs that have previously accessed the Mid Tier server.
