Live Chat diagnostics

Diagnostics information has been added to different components of BMC Live Chat to help with checking for overall health and performance as well as debugging issues that may arise.

These diagnostics primarily focus on the ESChat and CNS servlets.  The returned information is real-time and in an XML format, which you can access via a URL.


 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
