Getting started


 Live Chat provides a self-service portal for end users to communicate with support agents. Agents can join chat sessions through Smart IT or BMC Helix Business Workflows. Administrators can customize Live Chat to align with their organization's business needs.

End users can start a chat session by logging into the Self-Service Portal in Live Chat or connecting with support agents through BMC Virtual Chat.
